HBFIT Tip: All About The Booty

 

I’m not sure when it happened, but the world has become booty obsessed – and this includes women. While there certainly are elements of objectification present in the booty-obsession, there is also something else happening. Women are fueling the conversation – musicians like Nicki Minaj, Jessie J, Iggy Azalea, Jennifer Lopez and Meghan Trainor, are all singing about their rear-view assets and they aren’t apologetic – they’re empowered. Women are embracing their curves and celebrating them, and THAT’s something to applaud. Curves are in and the more we sing, dance and shake our booty’s to that tune, the more other women will embrace their shape as well. So, to honor the curve-craze and embrace our bodies, I’m sharing some of my favorite workouts that target – you guessed it – your booty!
