HBEats: Protein Pancakes

I think we can all agree that the best way to start a Sunday morning is with a stack of yummy pancakes. Jam-packed with protein, they’re a great post work-out meal. HB’S PROTEIN PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder

PREPARATION:

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Place a pan over medium heat and grease with a little coconut oil. Once pan is hot, add a large spoonful of mixture, about 3 inches wide. Once the pancakes begin to bubble, flip them. Cook for about 1 minute on each side.
