This week, Move it Monday is all about challenging the center of strength: the core. I wanted to get the low down on which exercise actually yield results, and my trainer Stephen Cheuk, seriously delivered. He showed me moves that test the cooperation of not only the upper abs, but the full stomach (obliques and lower abs) and back. Remember that these moves are about quality, rather than quantity. All are meant to done in a very precise and controlled manner, so as to work as deliberately as possible. They are certainly not easy, but if put your mind & body to the test, you’ll be #HBFit in no time!
