Out & Ups – Begin lying on your back. Engage your core and extend your legs long, hovering one inch off the ground. Bring your knees to your chest and then extend your legs up over head. Your glutes and low back should also lift up off the ground. Repeat for 60 seconds.
Tuck Crunch Jumps – Begin lying on your back. Engage your core and rock and roll your legs behind your head and then up to standing. Once standing, jump up off the ground. Roll back onto your seat and repeat for 60 seconds.
Plank with Lateral Knee – Begin in forearm plank position. Engage your core and bring your right knee to your right elbow. Return to plank position and then bring your left knee to left elbow. Repeat for 60 seconds.
