As cliche as it might sound, “Look Good Feel Good” is still a motto that holds true for us, especially when it comes to working out. We’re not alone when we say that dressing well for our sweat sesh helps push us harder! Our go-to brand for activewear these days is Old Navy, as their pieces are not only cute—they’re super functional. Everything from their sports bras to shorts have a special technology that keeps them dry, even after the most intense circuits. Because of this, we don’t feel so badly walking home after the gym.

This is where the “Feel Good” part comes in. Almost as important as the workout itself is refueling. Our favorite way to refuel is with a smoothie, as you get all the benefits from the fiber of the fruits and veggies, as well as the ability to add in any nutritional boosts (i.e. flax oil, protein powder, prebiotic powder, etc.). You can also add a variety of delicious toppings to turn the smoothie into a guilt-free treat to be eaten with a spoon. Here’s a recipe we’re loving these days, which you can make at home for you and your workout partner:



  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 handfuls frozen spinach
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop vegan protein powder 
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon cashew butter
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil


  • Gluten free granola
  • Chia Seed
  • Scoop of nut butter
  • Fresh coconut flakes


  1. Blend all ingredients in Vitamix (Or your blender of choice)
  2. Add toppings of your choice 
  3. Enjoy!
