It’s pretty obvious we love our workout classes and finding alternative ways to get our sweat on. But as much as we love a hip-hop themed workout class, we don’t always have the time to schedule one in. For those moments when we can’t make it to our favorite class or we’re just not feeling the gym, we keep these work out essentials on hand to get our exercise on from the comforts of our own homes.     Right next to my bed, under my night table, I keep a simple woven basket. Inside there’s a pair of dumbbells, two resistance bands (heavy and lite), ankle weights, a kettle bell, a workout outfit and my sneaks. On top is my collection of training DVDs, ShaunT and 21 Day Fix, PIYO. No excuses!

    Putting on the Pulsing Pop station on iHeartRadio and hopping on the treadmill for 45 minutes to an hour.
