HBFIT SIPS: DIRTY ICED CHAI

Usually indulging in delicious drinks leave us feeling not so hot as they’re often loaded with sugar, saturated fats and empty calories (sad face). Inspired by our favorite drink from The Bean, the dirty sugar free chai, we created an #HBFit at-home version you can recreate! The best part? No sugar, good fats and no guilt! 


DIRTY ICED CHAI

INGREDIENTS:

OPTIONAL:

1 Tablespoon Moon Juice Beauty Dust

PREPARATION: 

  1. Brew coffee in your preferred coffee maker 
  2. Once brewed, stir in desired amount of chai (we usually do 3 heaping spoonfuls)
  3. OPTIONAL: Stir in beauty dust 
  4. Pour chai/coffee mixture into mason jar and top off with almond milk 
  5.  Add desired amount of ice + enjoy!
