HBFIT Fave: Mixed Nuts

Nuts are one of our favorite snacks. Check out how to make one of our go-to snack mixes below:

2 cups each of desired nuts (we used cashews, almonds, and pecans)

We used Bond & Taylor spices but we recommend the below to taste:
1/2 tsp cardamom
1/2 tsp clove
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp red pepper
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

3 tbsps Maple Syrup


Combine all ingredients in bowl, toss until all nuts are covered and spread on baking sheet at 350 for 20 minutes until golden brown.
