As spring weather starts to reveal itself, organization has been majorly on my mind. Many times, organizing means the process of cleaning out a drawer (or 5) by reassessing the clothing, beauty products and shoes that are clogging up our apartments and thus—our lives.
This month I want to encourage you to cleanse something a little deeper than your closets—to clean out your insides. This process can manifest itself in many forms—whether it’s doing a cleanse, getting your energy cleaned or just spending some time reflecting. At the end of the day, it’s about eliminating toxicity on every level—internally, emotionally and mentally— to make space for good vibes and positivity.
