Letter from HB: Strength

February was all about love, and we can’t wait to channel all of that love into March, as we celebrate our strength. I’m particularly excited about this month’s theme because we are reflecting on strength in so many different aspects of our lives. Getting stronger is one of the most amazing things in life, whether it’s mentally, physically, or emotionally.

With all of the recent news headlines and the planning and traveling I’ve been doing lately, life on the go feels fast and crazy, so I love the idea of slowing it down and using our strength as our guide. I’m super excited that we’re featuring Chaise Fitness as our HBFIT Studio Spotlight of the month. Their classes blend pilates, ballet, and strength training to work all of your muscles with slow and controlled movements.

We’re really excited about our new How She Glows series, where we’ll be sitting down with inspiring women in the industry to capture their daily beauty routines. It’s such a great complement to our What She Eats series as we know beauty is more than skin deep. We also have a ton of exciting content coming up that will help get you ready for spring break and warmer weather, so stay tuned for everything from our favorite swimsuits to our sunscreen advice.

You may see some new changes around here starting with our new logo and new website. We have been working tirelessly to upgrade and let me tell you, it was worth it. We are only as strong as our weakest link and we are happy to have our site match the content we want to bring you. And speaking of content, we’re super excited to be launching HBFIT TV in the upcoming weeks, so stay tuned for some awesome filmed content that we’ve been working on!

Strength is something that doesn’t always come easy. It takes time, patience, and support, so I’m so grateful to have you guys on this journey with me. Let’s all get stronger together this month!
