With every #NYFW comes the expected frenzy of back-to-back designer runway shows, late night after parties and of course the latest fashion trends. While I spend my days going from the front row to the DJ booth with hardly enough time to change outfits in between, I always make sure to not forget my health & wellness routines and habits. Although it may seem like Fashion Week is all about dress up – I mean that certainly is the fun part and the slideshow of my daily outfits above proves just that– it’s also important to stay #HBFit even on-the-go.

Larger routines like a Body Reset Cleanse and my favorite playlists keep me going, but there are a million #HBFit Tips that I come up with as often as my stylist Alex and I change outfits.
