If you’ve got a craving for chocolate and loved our white chocolate basil pops, we know you’ll just melt over these yummy fudgesicles. Packed with healthy fats, maple, and cacao, this recipe from supermom Elaine is the perfect snack to indulge your summer sweet tooth.

2 ripe avocados, peeled and chopped
½ cup cacao powder or unsweetened cocoa powder
¾ cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
½ cup maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla bean powder or 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Using a blender, puree all the ingredients together until smooth. To keep the flavour rich, try to minimize adding in extra liquids. When your mixture is all blended up, scoop it into popsicle molds and insert popsicle sticks. After 4-6 hours in the freezer, your fudgesicles are all ready to eat!
Makes 10 fudgesicles, perfect for sharing.
