HB’S PROTEIN PANCAKES
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
PREPARATION:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Place a pan over medium heat and grease with a little coconut oil. Once pan is hot, add a large spoonful of mixture, about 3 inches wide. Once the pancakes begin to bubble, flip them. Cook for about 1 minute on each side.
