It’s spring cleaning season! That means we’re getting organized, from our closets to our diets. To recharge our digestive systems, our friends at Imbibery London shared an exclusive smoothie recipe, perfect for kicking off a spring detox. Every ingredient positively affects the body. For the ultimate power boost; the avocado and coconut oil fuels the brain for hours while satiating the stomach. The spinach, cucumber, celery and parsley promote cell renewal while being incredible sources of antioxidants and the lime provides a sweet flavor (with no actual sugar) and a boost of Vitamin C.   • 1/2 avocado

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 1 teaspoon-tablespoon coconut oil (depends on personal preference)

  • 1 small bunch parsley

  • 1/2 cucumber

  • 1-2 stalks celery

  • juice from 1/2 lime

  • 1 cup room temperature water (varies depending on how thick you like your smoothie)


Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. You may want to juice the celery and spinach first and then blend with the other ingredients! If you don’t have a juicer, blend the celery and spinach with a little bit of water first and then add other ingredients.
