MOVE IT MONDAY: SWEATIN’ AT HOME

It’s pretty obvious we love our workout classes and finding alternative ways to get our sweat on. But as much as we love a hip-hop themed workout class, we don’t always have the time to schedule one in. For those moments when we can’t make it to our favorite class or we’re just not feeling the gym, we keep these work out essentials on hand to get our exercise on from the comforts of our own homes.
