“Cheesy Pasta” Zoodles
2 zucchinis, spiralized
3 tbsps olive oil
4 large cloves chopped garlic
4 tbsps arrowroot powder (add more to taste)
4 tbsps nutritional yeast (add more to taste)
salt & pepper to taste
Saute garlic in oil, add arrowroot and whisk, adding almond milk and whisking until combined. Sauce will be clumpy, this is normal, keep stirring until texture is desired. Keep adding nutritional yeast until “cheesy” taste is desired. add zucchini noodles and simmer for 5 minutes until soft.
