HBFIT EATS: AVOCADO TOAST BY ESTELLE

avohp2Avocado toast is the trendy thing right now–for eating and for Instagram! The balance of good fats and carbs make for a perfect snack, anytime! Simple,yet so delicious!

Ingredients:

2 slices of organic bread (can be gluten-free)

1 avocado

1 teaspoon olive oil

2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

spices (gomasio salt, black pepper)

Directions:

  1. Toast bread slices. Slice the avocado in half, mashed it and spread it evenly. If you like chunkier avocado as me, you only need a few swipes of the forks.
  2. Cut a lime in half and gently squeeze the   juice over the toast.
  3. Season with olive oil, gomasio salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. Bonus Step! Add some sunflower and pumpkin seeds for a great crunch!
