HBFIT Eats: HB’s Watermelon Salad

Summer may be winding down, but thankfully we still have Labor Day weekend to look forward to! You may remember our founder, Hannah making a super refreshing Watermelon Salad on her snap story a couple weeks ago and we wanted to share the recipe with you guys — it’s the perfect addition to any upcoming holiday weekend festivities!

Ingredients: 
1 watermelon
1 honey dew
1 cantaloupe
1 handful of cilantro
1 jalepeno
1 lime

Directions: 
1. Scoop out each melon using a scooper or a teaspoon.
2. Chop the Jalapeño, cilantro and lime.
3. Mix all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl and serve in the scooped out shell of one of the melons.

Super easy and ready to enjoy in under 30 minutes.
– P.S…you can also add a sprinkle of feta!
