LETTER FROM HB: Gratitude Month

Empowerment month here at HBFIT was such a success and now we’re feeling strong mentally and physically, so we’re excited to move onto a new theme for November. This month, it’s all about gratitude. Gratitude is one of the most important things in life, and so often it gets overlooked once we get busy with our fast-paced lives. We’re so lucky that we get the ability to move, be active, eat healthy, and surround ourselves with loved ones, and sometimes we forget to be grateful for it all. I’m guilty of it myself!

So this month, we’re acknowledging that sometimes we need to slow it down and show our gratitude. Starting off the month with political week, we’ll cast our votes, hear from inspiring women in the political world, and be grateful that our voices can be heard.

We’re thankful for our partners that share a passion for causes that are so close to our hearts. We’ll be teaming up with Wolaco this month in honor of Movember, and we can’t wait for you to see what’s in store. Think a #MCM.brendan-fallis-man-crush-monday
We’ll also be celebrating Thanksgiving the HBFIT way, with fun workouts and tips that allow us to sweat it out together and show our gratitude for the community we’ve created. We’ll even be checking out local studios that focus on crowning your accomplishments and celebrating mindfulness.

A healthy lifestyle is one that includes nourishing your body AND your soul, so tapping into gratitude this month feels so appropriate. I’m so grateful for all of you, and I can’t wait to celebrate gratitude all month long with you guys.
