We know 2016 has been a long and difficult year for most of us. As 2016 comes to a close, it’s important to reflect and learn from the past 12 months to create a better 2017 for ourselves. December is reflection month for us at HBFIT, as we’ll be remembering what challenged us in the past year and focusing on staying optimistic for what’s to come.
We couldn’t be more excited to ring in 2017 and as we get prepared for the year ahead we want to emphasize taking time for yourself and making resolutions that you will actually dedicate the time to. Our content this month will focus on pausing and looking around at what we can achieve in the months ahead.
We’re excited to be featuring Mile High Run Club as our Studio Spotlight, as I’ve especially been loving their classes lately. We want to finish this year strong, so if you’re looking to give it your all before holidays come work out with us! We’ll also be trying out techniques from Chinese Medicine to stay healthy as the weather changes, and learning how to prepare our skin for winter, on the inside and out, as well as other positive changes for the new year.
A healthy lifestyle is all about trial and error, so it’s okay to reflect on the past and work to better your future. Reflection feels so appropriate this time of year, and I’m so thankful to have you all on the path with me. Let’s get up and running with optimism, hope, and lots of sweat for the new year!
